1 Introduction & Acceptance

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account. If any of the provided details change, you are required to notify the support team promptly. Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and any earned bonuses will be cancelled.

4 Financial Transactions: Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The accepted methods for depositing funds on the 88bdt platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. The mobile number registered to the account must be used when making a deposit. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit. If identity verification is not completed, the withdrawal process may be delayed.

4.3 Transaction Rules

• Deposits and withdrawals are limited to the four methods listed above.
• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• 88bdt reserves the right to verify suspicious or unusual transactions.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

88bdt offers new users a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The following conditions apply to claiming this bonus:

• The bonus must be claimed at the time of the first deposit.
• The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Wagering requirement: you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, the bonus will be ৳2,000 and the total balance will be ৳3,000. In that case you must wager ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 to withdraw the bonus winnings. Alternatively, if you deposit ৳12,000, the bonus will be a maximum of ৳10,000 and the total balance will be ৳22,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own terms, which will be detailed on the relevant page.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus may not apply at the same time.
• 88bdt reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 VIP Program & Rewards

88bdt's VIP program has three tiers. Users can move up to a higher tier based on regular play:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

88bdt reserves the right to change VIP benefits and cashback rates. VIP tier placement is at the discretion of the administration and no specific turnover is guaranteed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88bdt platform:

• Fraud, deception, or using another person's identity.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Interfering with any system or security measure of the platform.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately, all balances may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Gaming Disputes & Technical Issues

88bdt ensures the highest quality of service as a safe and reliable platform. However, 88bdt will not be held responsible in the following situations:

• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a loss of internet connection or a problem with the user's device.
• If game results are affected by a system error on the part of a third-party game provider.
• Temporary service interruptions caused by unexpected technical errors.

In the event of any dispute, server logs and system records will serve as the final evidence. Contact the support team directly to resolve disputes.

9 Limitation of Liability

88bdt will not be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of the 88bdt platform, including but not limited to:

• Money lost on bets.
• Delayed or cancelled transactions due to system errors.
• Losses resulting from third-party actions.
• Lost profit opportunities or business losses.
